The Role
You are the operational glue that holds the INFINITI ecosystem together. The Head of Founder Success & Operations ensures that every founder, investor, and internal team member has a frictionless experience. You will manage the onboarding of new startups, streamline internal processes, and act as the primary liaison between our technical teams and our venture partners.
What You'll Work On
- Design and execute the ultimate onboarding experience for founders entering the Venture OS ecosystem.
- Act as the strategic account manager for portfolio startups, ensuring they hit their 90-day launch milestones.
- Build and optimize internal operational workflows, leveraging AI and no-code tools (Zapier, Make) to eliminate manual tasks.
- Manage the INFINITI Talent Marketplace, matching the right specialists with the right startup projects.
- Gather critical feedback from founders and investors to drive continuous improvement of the Venture OS platform.
Requirements
- Operational Mastery: Strong background in startup operations, chief of staff roles, or high-level customer success in B2B SaaS.
- The INFINITI Spirit: You are a master organizer who brings order to chaos. You anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they escalate.
- Remote Synergy: You are the ultimate communicator. You know how to align cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and keep everyone focused on the goal.
