The Role

Data is the lifeblood of Venture OS. As the Lead AI & Data Architect, you will design the infrastructure that powers our automated market research, investor matchmaking algorithms, and predictive financial models. You are not just building pipelines; you are creating the intelligence engine that gives INFINITI an unfair advantage in the venture capital ecosystem.

What You'll Work On

• Design and build the core data lakes and real-time streaming pipelines that feed our Venture OS AI models.
• Develop machine learning models to automate startup due diligence, market sizing, and competitor analysis.
• Create scalable data architectures for our portfolio startups, ensuring they are data-driven from day one.
• Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to enhance our AI Business Planner.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across a multi-tenant venture studio environment.

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in data engineering (Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka) and modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• AI Fluency: Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and machine learning deployment (MLOps).
