The Role
As a Senior Backend & Systems Engineer, you will tackle the hardest technical challenges at INFINITI. You will design the distributed systems, microservices, and complex APIs that power our ecosystem. While others build the interface, you build the engine. You will ensure that our architecture is resilient, highly performant, and capable of handling the scale of a global venture studio.
What You'll Work On
- Design and develop robust, highly scalable backend services (Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust) for Venture OS and portfolio startups.
- Architect complex database schemas (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize queries for high-throughput environments.
- Build secure, RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate seamlessly with third-party services and AI models.
- Implement advanced caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) to ensure ultra-low latency.
- Lead technical deep dives, architectural reviews, and performance profiling sessions.
Requirements
- Technical Mastery: 6+ years of backend engineering experience with a deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and system architecture.
