The Role

As a Principal Full-Stack Engineer, you are the technical backbone of INFINITI. You will architect and build the core Venture OS platform, integrating AI tools, automated workflows, and complex dashboards. Beyond the platform, you will act as a technical lead for our most ambitious portfolio startups, building MVPs from scratch and setting the technical standard for the entire venture studio.

What You'll Work On

• Architect and scale the Venture OS platform, building seamless integrations with LLMs and third-party APIs.
• Lead the rapid development of MVPs for portfolio startups, transforming concepts into production-ready products in weeks.
• Design elegant, scalable architectures that can handle the growth of multiple high-traffic ventures simultaneously.
• Establish engineering best practices, code review standards, and technical culture across the distributed team.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with product designers to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: 7+ years of full-stack experience (React, Node.js, Python, or Go) with a track record of building complex systems from scratch.
