The Role
Speed is our primary weapon. As the Platform & Infrastructure Lead, you will build the automated deployment engine that allows INFINITI to launch fully functional startups in 90 days. You will create standardized, secure, and highly scalable Infrastructure-as-Code templates that can be instantly provisioned for every new venture we incubate.
What You'll Work On
- Design and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for the Venture OS platform, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Develop "Startup-in-a-Box" IaC templates (Terraform/Pulumi) to instantly deploy staging and production environments for new portfolio companies.
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to deploy code dozens of times a day with zero downtime.
- Implement comprehensive observability, logging, and alerting systems across all ventures.
- Act as the ultimate authority on cloud security, cost optimization, and infrastructure scaling.
Requirements
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud networking.
