The Role

You are the financial architect behind the next generation of unicorns. The Venture Strategy & Finance Lead sits at the critical intersection of product, market, and capital. You will work directly with founders to build bulletproof financial models, structure funding rounds, and leverage our Investor Matchmaking network to secure capital for our portfolio startups.

What You'll Work On

• Develop complex, dynamic financial models and unit economics frameworks for a diverse range of startups (SaaS, Marketplaces, DeepTech).
• Lead the fundraising strategy for portfolio companies, from Pre-Seed to Series A, including cap table management and valuation.
• Partner with product teams to ensure pricing strategies and business models are optimized for hyper-growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor financials, and macroeconomic factors to validate new venture ideas.
• Manage the internal capital allocation and financial health of the INFINITI venture studio itself.

Requirements

• Strategic Mastery: Background in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or as a Startup CFO/VP of Finance. Exceptional modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• The INFINITI Spirit: You don't just crunch numbers; you use finance as a storytelling tool to convince investors and guide strategic decisions.
• Remote Synergy: You can translate complex financial jargon into clear, actionable advice for technical founders and product teams across different time zones.
• AI Leverage: You are eager to use AI tools to automate financial research, data entry, and basic modeling tasks, focusing your time on high-level strategy.
• Investor Network: Existing relationships with early-stage VCs and angel investors is a strong plus.
