The Role
Design at INFINITI is not just about aesthetics; it is about creating trust and driving conversion. As the Lead Product Designer, you will shape the visual identity and user experience of both the Venture OS platform and our portfolio startups. You will design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI tools feel effortless, and you will establish design systems that allow us to launch new brands at lightning speed.
What You'll Work On
- Lead the end-to-end design process (UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI) for multiple startup MVPs simultaneously.
- Design and continuously refine the Venture OS platform, ensuring a seamless experience for founders, investors, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain scalable, modular design systems in Figma that can be rapidly adapted for new ventures.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth micro-interactions.
- Conduct user testing and iterate rapidly based on qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
Requirements
- Design Mastery: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in complex web applications, SaaS platforms, and mobile interfaces.

- Remote Synergy: You are a master of asynchronous design critiques. You use Loom, Figma comments, and clear documentation to align with developers and founders globally.

- AI Curiosity: You actively integrate AI design tools (Midjourney, UI generators) into your workflow to 10x your output.
