The Role

A great product without distribution is a failed startup. The Venture Growth Architect is responsible for finding product-market fit and scaling user acquisition for our portfolio companies. You are a hybrid of a growth hacker, product marketer, and data analyst. You will design go-to-market strategies, run rapid experimentation loops, and build the initial growth engines for startups across various industries.

What You'll Work On

• Design and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for newly launched portfolio startups.
• Implement and manage growth infrastructure: analytics tracking, CRM setups, and marketing automation tools.
• Run rapid, data-driven experimentation loops (A/B testing, channel testing) to identify the lowest CAC and highest LTV channels.
• Write compelling, high-converting copy for landing pages, ad campaigns, and email sequences.
• Work closely with product teams to build viral loops and retention mechanisms directly into the core product.

Requirements

• Growth Mastery: Proven track record of scaling early-stage startups from zero to thousands of users. Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth.

• Remote Synergy: You proactively share growth insights, dashboards, and experiment results with the entire team, fostering a culture of transparency.
• T-Shaped Skills: You are strategic enough to plan a 12-month roadmap, but tactical enough to write ad copy and configure Google Tag Manager yourself.
